Just updated a full install to Turbo extreme v.1, and while everything else is fine, pmount is still a problem. USB devices are not recognized unless they are present at bootup. The USB devices show up in hardware info, but cannot be mounted with pmount, no matter how many times the refresh button ...

Pmount won't mount USB unless plugged in at boot
I have come across another problem with Pmount. On a recent full install of 4.2 (turbopup extreme beta1), I discovered that pmount could not detect much less mount anything put in the usb port. If I rebooted with the usb device in place, usb devices were detected fine, and could be mounted/unmounted ...

USB problem another data point
The problem seems to be with the full install. When I use the same cd I used to install to the hard drive as a live cd, USB devices are recognized okay by pmount.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Pressing the refresh button has no effect. If I boot the laptop with the device plugged in, then pmount has no problems. I ...

Turbopup Alpha 3a and wireless cards
I have just started playing with Turbopup, and like the speed etc. but it seems to have trouble recognizing my Cisco 350 pcmcia wireless card. Various other puppy versions have no trouble with it, and the normal driver does not seem to work. Anyone else have experience with this. I am hoping to get ...

Macpup Opera and Latitude cpi?
I am playing with the MacPup Opera, on a Dell Latitude CPI and for some reason the video player does not seem to work in Opera. When I go to the MacPup website and click on the demo for opera, the viewer area goes white, and does nothing.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance
