Some solutions :
- you use a hosts file to block ads. http://www.murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=77555
- limit the cache size of the browser in the parameters.

It seems that google chrome needs this file :
/etc/machine-id
Can it be added by default to puppies ? For example, automatically generated at each boot ?
(created by # dbus-uuidgen > /etc/machine-id)

Are you serious? Composting is the practice of collecting organic matter and letting nature's organisms break it down. Human waste does not belong in compost!! Is this a language issue or have you continentals gone mad? Trust me - no sane person in New Zealand puts human waste on their garden !!!!!...

My Grandma did this during her whole life. She had two gardens where one was mainly for the chicken, goose and pigs. The pigs usually were feed with lots of the human food that haven't been eating by all our relatives. So, my grandma was collecting food (bread, potatoes, salads etc) at the relative...

Ants are the biggest single?? producer of CO2, just because there are so many throughout the World Ants are very numerous but don't emit enough CO2 to be noticeable. That's even the contrary : ants can slow down the global warming by capturing CO2. Using ants to help capture CO2 and help fight glob...

It seems you want to keep extolling the virtues of cultures that produce copious quantities of children and are unable to properly feed them or keep them safe from disease. We see the same thing in New Zealand - Polynesians have multiple children and they live in poverty and demand handouts because...

So you want everyone to live like they do in Africa or India? That makes no sense. You want 10 billion people starving and sick, filling the world??? Have you taken a close look at Africa and India? No-one should aspire to living like that. Madness. It's not necessary. We can live happy healthy (an...

The issue of environmental damage is to do with overall human population growth. It is nothing to do with fossil fuels. No. If we were all consuming like indians or africans , there would be no problemo. The problem is the modern "life style" : A CAR, running with oil, emiting CO2, A HOUS...

So the "safe" level would be around 300 ppm, I totally disagree with you. Nature copes with wide variations in CO2 levels. Yeah, the nature can even cope with 60000 ppm of CO2. It's so easy to say : "Hey guys, who cares ???? The nature did cope with higher temperatures and higher CO2...

What do you consider is the safe level of CO2 that we should aim for? What % of the atmosphere should be CO2? What is the safe level? The current concentration is about 0.04% (410 ppm) by volume, having risen from pre-industrial levels of 280 ppm. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon_dioxide So the...
