Searching the Forum for 0.9.9

John is working on a problem I had searching for the numbers "0.9.9". I was trying to find some things about Puppy 0.9.9 and this search feature could never find anything even though I knew some posts had "0.9.9" in them. Then I tried to search the old forum SimpleForumPro and got the same problem. Except from the error message I think the problem is the " . . " dots. Anyone know of a way around these problems?

Something definitely seems to be wrong with the forum search feature. I tried searching for "0.9.9", "0 and 9 and 9" and "0+9+9", (without the quotation marks of course) all without any hits. Then I tried "1.0.2" and again got nothing. Finally I tried searching for "Puppy" and got nothing!

In simple forum try using 'puppy 9', I got some results with that.
