Puppy can ping XP but not another puppy

Puppy can ping XP but not another puppy

Hi.

I have a strange problem.
At my home I have 4 PC connected in wi-fi
1 W7 ( and puppy in a USB key)
1 Wxp
2 puppy

All can surf internet without problems.
Puppies can ping Wxp.
Wxp can ping Puppies.
puppy can't ping puppy and can't ping W7
W7 can't ping Puppies but Wxp
with or without firewalls Puppies can ping only Wxp. hostnames are different

?????

mhmhm someone changed my topic.... but the main problem is that PUPPY can't see another PUPPY on lan .... and I don't understand why... Wxp can see all two puppies on the lan but puppy can't

Are you pinging by hostname or by IP address?

by IP but also by hostname it doesn't work

OPSSS it was my access point !! (XP is connected to it by cable )
