Looks like a major update. Good to see the 18.x kernels and newest
apps in use. My savefile is at 16 gig. The screenshot looked a lot like the view through the window of my woodstove.
Glad I save every pruned branch and twig for extended winters. Hope spring gets here before July 4th, even if only in principal.
Cheers

Hi.
Are you probably a Musican too?
For the use of the Linux Audio and MIDI Applications at home, I would need a MIDI-Keyboard and a Hardware/Interface/Cable that would connect me (the MIDI-Keyboard) to the Audio-/MIDI Applications (using builtin Audio, no older Game Port/MIDI Port available).
Do you know any combination that will definitely work?
Thanks

No, but I gave my old drum kit away for free to a music store collecting instruments for refugees!

and automatic detection. Alesis QS8, QS7 are solid midi keyboards,
on the used market, with piano action, and a nice synth/sounds built in,
to supplement the linux soft synths available.
Yamaha keyboards with 5pin midi i/o should also 'just work'.
E-mu 2x2 is a fine usb-to-midi adaptor, built like a little tank.
Another item seen in the used sections.
Fender Mustang guitar amps are also usb audio interfaces for guitar,
and show up without mystery in qjackctl. Great sound/price ratio.
Gearslutz, kvr and other audio websites have marketplace sections, where you can join
and post WTB adds (want-to-buy) and also many midi controller topics/tips in their various forums.
