There is what shells shows me:

Welcome to Puppy.

If it is an old computer the problem may be that the CPU is SSE and too old for Palemoon browser which requires SSE2.

One solution is to install a different browser. There are many to choose from, but I don't know if you were hoping to run Live CD without saving anything. If this is the case you might be better trying a different Puppy which has a different browser built in. (I guess you are running TahrPup). Slacko has Firefox which should start OK. With very old hardware you will sometimes find that an older Puppy will run faster anyway, but it is fairly easy to try a few different Puppies and see which works best for you.

If you are planning to install to HDD you could stick with TahrPup and just try other browsers.

The other current official Puppy at this time for 32bit is Slacko 6.3.2
http://slacko.eezy.xyz/index.php
This has Firefox on board.
If it doesn't work or runs rather slow you could try something a little older such as Precise Puppy 5.7.1
There are 2 versions of this, the standard (which should be fine) and "retro" (which is designed for older hardware).
