Could not recover account password
Image to put the numbers/ letters bellow is not functioning
Suggestion use the same as registration (sky color -> blue)
Had to create a new account.

I'm not sure why you're trying to reset/recover your account's password, offhand. If this is your account, it doesn't look like you activated it. Did you change the email address on the account, perhaps?
