Dear puppians,
Here is a rather nice screen capture program I compiled last night using qt4.4. It REQUIRES qt4 libs, so install these before you try to run it. A screengrab entry will appear in the graphics menu. The unpacked pet will occupy about 290k. I have provided a screenshot below. It saves images in either jpg or png, and has the ability to capture a region of the screen and can make use of a built-in timer. At the very minimum, it runs in 3.01 and 4.xx (I tested). The source can be found at http://qt-apps.org.
With kind regards,
vovchik
PS. I had to hack the source a bit (about.cpp) to get it to compile, if you plan on compiling it yourself. The makefile complained about the absence of a particular widget, the reference to which I deleted without any deleterious effect on the program.
