Hello, all.
The attached script is basically the original linux-install.sh script provided
by the OmegaT community for its version 3.4 (April 2015), but with all
"sudo" commands removed.
Simply go to OmegaT's sourceforge site and find the folder for v. 3.4Beta.
(If the above link doesn't work or is out of date, you may need to drill
down manually, from SF's Files sub-menu, to folder "OmegaT Latest" to
download it.)
Unpack the OmegaT archive anywhere -- but in its own folder -- and use
the attached script instead of the one provided by default. Installs
OmegaT in /opt.
Of course, to use OmegaT, you need a recent JRE (java runtime environment).
Enjoy. BFN.
