Im no expert, just posting my 2 cents on subject. I thought Barry was more closely linked with Pmount. MUT was supported by another person and is included in Puppy due to its popularity. Regardless, Pmount (part of Puppy located menu, utilities,Pmount) does appear to show "free space". Paul M

SUCCESS!

Glad to report all went well with my use of the Asus wl107g pcmcia card. I was happy that my prior research was rewarded by finding a card that had Ralink driver. I noted that in Puppy version 2.13 the wireless wizard has been combined into the network wizard. Using the network wizard I was able to ...

PCMCIA card Asus wl-107g

Hi everybody, Have acquired a HP Pavilion ZE5000s laptop. I see the wireless card problems posted. I noted at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16833320105a an Asus card that has good reviews associated with Linux. I went to the website and they do show a Linux driver available for ...

mbarsot, Most likely implementation of 1200x800 resolution would require Xorg rather than Xvesa. I am not an expert, but this is my suggestion until you hear from one of the resident GURUS on the forum. You can use the WIZARD Wizard found at "Menu", "Setup" to install both Xvesa ...

KJ Did you ever try another puppy? Such as one with another window manager? I know I have tried simple pup (that has XFCE for wm) as well as empty crust pup.
