PPM - yes I've seen that - goes away if you open PPM a 2nd time I've run /usr/local/petget/pkg_chooser.sh multiple times, from commandline, and the error appears, (as a guesstimate), 30% of the time. I don't know if the problem is with this line: # Do not allow another instance sleep 0.3 [ "$(...

On fresh boot, running Puppy Package Manager, I get an error that it's already running.

On installing the devx, if I then click to uninstall, I get a message that the devx seems not currently loaded buti in the queue and do you want to remove it from the queue list? It is actually loaded.

I knew I used the wrong phraseology when I said:
put a script to run it on the desktop
All I did was use the app to create a desktop link. See attached images.

smokey, I couldn't get googlecast to see my chromecast device until I ran: iptables -I INPUT -p udp -m udp --dport 32768:61000 -j ACCEPT Then I encountered the same problem with VideoStream. Instead I installed Video Player 2.0.7 extension, put a script to run it on the desktop, and it casts perfect...

If anyone wants the last stable release of avidemux, i've uploaded a slackware derived pet here:

It needs QT4. I'm using Pemasu's qt-4.8.2.sfs.
