I have a HP 5440 Deskjet and used CUPS to set it up. Could not find the model, so found a .ppd file for the HP 5440, and used it. I found both the sys and the inf files in C:\drivers\WLAN\broadcom. I'll proceed as you say in your message. Is there any other .pet I should install? I think at one time I tried bcm43xx-firmware.pet which didn't work. Also, what is net-setup-2.15.pet?
