Edit: wbar or whatever the dock menu on top remains on StandardSvg icon set no matter what icon pack is applied.
The panel is a second jwm tray (jmrc-tray2), it uses the icon image as defined in the .dektop file for the relevant application. It would require manual editing of the config file ...

Missing icon
Stardust and Blue-Moon icon sets are pretty but that didn't keep me from trying others out there :) .
