test it on 431jp2012 looks like 431jp2012 is missing shared libraries. libgcrypt.so.11 libgnutls.so.26 libgpg-error.so.0 libtasn1.so.3 libxcd-xlib.so.0 libxcb.so.1 PPM said they are not missing but not in the library search path? yes and no.

yes - it will use the gtk theme.
no-
but it will not have any xfce themes (window manager themes) with the theme maker.

Note: Some themes have xfwm4(xfce) and metacity(gnome) themes as well with the Gtk2 themes.

Not to sound mean BUT are you SURE its not - The Window Manager ? :? I'm an EvilWM user - i get No window decorations. :D maximized button in Dialog boxes so I'm not that helpful because none of my dialogs have window decorations. except for: (Chrome web browser has window decorations built in)
