Swedish keyboard works with AltGr and 2 = @ right from the start of the Live CD in Upup Alpha 7, very good.

SeaMonkey Composer HTML editor works with the Swedish spell-checking in the SeaMonkey browser, very good.

But I have tried with 1 virtual desktop in Puppy 4.2 SMP 2.6.29.1 and the result is 1 desktop and 1 virtual desktop after restarting JWM.

I will try a little later with Puppy 4.2 Standard if it works better.

I tried Lobster proposed and used this in Windows 7 to install Puppy 4.2 on USB stick and it worked very fast and good on my Dell 5150.

I too have problems with connecting to the internet with Intel (R) Pro /100 VE Network Connection via ADSL 24.
It works in about 30 minutes and then I have to use the Wizard for it to work again.
