everything worked with puppy 4.21
i have already told you how i made it bootable (both ways)

i figured out how to made it boot pup-230.sfs must be on the computers hard drive
but i want it to be on a usb flash drive

i have tried manually updating the usb for 4.3 and installing 4.3 via unet bootin

i tried unetbootin and got that
also tried updateing my flash drive manually and got that error

Could the fact that Pmusic will not play an mp3 file have anything to do with it.

Nothing is muted there i made sure of it and jacked everything to the max
even went threw alsaconf tried every setting i think i need a driver for it i have no idea where to get a driver for it and then know what to do with it when i get it in linux

my head phones have to plug in to the sound card

It works on Windows XP so i know the card works

headphones give me nothing
the speakers i have for it are actually drawing power from a mouse ps2 port with an adapter uses same audio jack
