Um, of course I've run the xorgwizard - that runs automatically at first boot. Any place where I said I selected a resolution was in the xorgwizard. (yes I've also tried running it manually and selecting different choices). And 6kb? It is a PNG, but it has a part that came from a resized-JPG as well...

So I'm a member of a live video streaming site (similar to Justin.TV), but unfortunately the newest version of flash player (10,032,18 - the one that comes with Puppy 4.2.5) doesn't display live streaming h.264 properly (at least on the site) - this is a bug in flash or something because it happens ...

So here's the scoop, I installed Puppy 4.2.5 on an older PC with an Intel 845 on-board GPU and I've hooked it up to a cheepo Insignia NS-LCD32 1366x768 HDTV. Problem is that I can't get it to display any resolution higher than 1024x768 (has 1:1 pixel mapping though, so it's usable) Also, it seem tha...
