Try boot option acpi=off or acpi=force Try with live CD At boot screen hit F2 key enter option Puppy acpi=off or puppy acpi=force acpi=off did the trick. It runs flawless now, thanks! Slacko 5.3.3 hangs on shut down (Solved)
When shutting down or rebooting slacko 5.3.3 after first boot it hangs at "Puppy Linux is shutting down..." and i have to use the powerbutton to power off. This happens both when saving and not saving to usb, or even using a liveCD. When saving to usb the saved filesystem i ruined when try...
