Slacko sticks when opening large pdf files
Hi, my Puppy Slacko often get stuck when I open large pdf file despite I have two Pentium 3 processors (1000 Mhz) and 1 Gb of Ram, what can this be caused by ?

wifi connection drops after a few idle minutes
I use Frisbee to connect to WiFi but after one or two minutes without using the Internet it says wlan0 down and disconnects, then after some second it put wlan0 up, ask the router for local address and it connects again... how can I avoid my connection to drop this way ?

Hello, what does it mean that puppy saves the session every X minutes according to what you have set in the control panel?
Doesn't it save the files immediately ?

What do you mean by "Firefox blocks the system?" What are you doing when this happens? How much RAM does the computer have? Which version of Puppy? How are you using it (frugal install; boot from CD with Save file; etc.)? The systems has to be rebooted because it is completely stuck. Slacko Puppy ...

Hello,
sometimes Firefox blocks the system that starts using the hard drive. I haven't any puppyswap file on my hard disk it only contains the save file so why does it uses the disk ?

Hello, to update Firefox I deleted all files in usr/lib/firefox and inserted the new ones of the latest version. At first startup Firefox said that it correctly updated from version 12 to 17 but how did it know my previous version was the 12 if I deleted all files before ? what does it check ? thank ...
