Strange -- my Puppy Linux has always been a full install. No problem with loading sfs before. Everything with Tahr works just fine. Oh well.

Thanks, all. I guess I'll go back to another Puppy distro for now. A lot of work to do, can't spend any more time.

Since I only use one distro at a time, what's the harm with a full install? My understanding has always been that frugal installs are for when you want to run Puppy alongside another distro. What am I missing here?

Yup, using screen saver control. Interestingly, it worked fine in 6.0.5. Not working in 6.0.6.
