There's quack watchers & there's watch crackers.
I prefer the latter, as long as its just a cheap watch
meantime I got busy with computer issues, due to my R52's display crashing (thus transferred to my remaining R52).
Time to shop. Yet another drain on me.

Suddenly, the display on my other R52 crashed.
So now I got busy with that on top of attempting Puppy connection.
I think its desperately time for me to seek another system.
Hope to get back here when I get out of the morass.

hardest part of science is to have a ton of correlating effects and NOT having a reproducible scientific methodology to prove it. That is when the sharks circle and deep pockets start thowning money at researchers to OWN the knowledge and control the outcomes. Second favorite is the coat tail resea...

Moat, have you tried lots of black cherries? You may wanna try my techniques for your condition, and if you have the wherewithall to set up an inframud setup in your yard, go for it! Radiation might have been a factor with a CRT monitor but LCD only chuck out visible light. What I do get is very sore eyes and eventually something resembling a sty if I have to deal with too many white background pages for too long. mike OK, finally responded to Moat, now on to mikeb: Guess what ...

The older I get, the more I notice the shorter the stints at the computer I'm able to withstand (or doing anything that's sedentary, for that matter), before beginning to feel lousy. I step away and do something else that's more active, and soon feel better. When younger, I could sit sedentary for ...

Update: I'd decided today to phone the DSL provider about connecting with Linux. The tech guy told me that most people who use Linux are tech-savvy - therefore their tech division didn't get trained in all the many versions of Linux-connections that are possible. So, he said, in my case, he'll be sh...

Hello @Minni. You share info on only one of your laptops. Questions Do the others have identical Intel processors? If so, are they all the same dated systems? Is your DSL connect via a home router from your ISP? Or through some other connection ... maybe a USB dongle Is your LAN connection via the ...

Re: Who here can relate to EMF-handicapped
Going under high-powered lines for just a short while is what's probably called "acute" (similar to putting your finger quickly thru a candle flame). It doesn't compare to proximity+prolongedly - even if the latter is relatively weaker. As for WIFI, many experts warn against it (such as Dr...

Who here can relate to EMF-handicapped
I'm trying to smooth the road, while attempting to get my puppy questions answered on this forum. The best way, is to find out who here can best relate to the EMF-handicapped, and bear with me while I continue to get nowhere in a handbasket?
