You must already have an older version of X.org installed (for example Puppy 1.0.7 beta). Realy basic question, how ? I have a "3D Rage Pro 215GP" video card which works find with 1.0.7 but not at all with 1.09ce, I get buffer underflow um 3 times something else and then back to the prompt. I tried ...

I used to use dos for email icq and browsing um 4 years ago if you have a look here http://bonzo.orcon.net.nz/dloads/ you will find an assortment of tcp/ip bits and pieces. Ptsdos could be worth a look its a Russian dos with built in net working, can't remember itf it was ipx tcp/ip or both.

Have a look at this http://www.murga.org/~puppy/viewtopic.p ... e1407407a0 does the printer show up in LinNieghborhood ? if it does then I think that my modified code will work

I havent tried this with a windows printer but it does work connected to a linux fire wall ( Freesco ) running samba. For me 1.0.8 should be a full bug fix, nothing new just fix the bugs.
