Unofficial Precise 5.7.2

Hi all, sorry for my lack experience. I've found the cause of my shutdown problem at the following post:

http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic. ... 880#850880

in which radky explains the issue. The /dev/null problem, I think, is due to the use of Savefile2dir 1.5.
Regards.

Thanks Burn_IT for your encouragement.

I always try to use the latest since the whole concept of Puppy is that it work on just about any machine.
based on my experience, the choice of which puppy to install depends greatly from the hardware of the PC.

Personal experiences with Puppy Linux

Hi Puppylovers, I joined this forum a few days ago but I frequent it for years since my first distribution of Puppy was the 4.3.1. I installed puppy on different machines over the years and honestly, although I'm a simple user, I never had any big problem which I can not say of other Linux ...

Anyway you have already proven to have a great knowledge in safety matter, I read many of your threads with interest.
I will try to navigate through a VPN with different means.
