Is there a SeaMonkey SFS package out there?

My PUPSAVE file is getting full. I would like to run SeaMonkey as a SFS file and free up some space.

I'm looking for a SeaMonkey SFS package or simple instructions for making one that even an old Windows guy can understand :?

I'm running 5.25 from a 2 gig stick.

Firefox Password File. Where is it & how to back it up?

I tried backing up key3.db which lives in /root/.mozilla/firefox/aiulcw0k.default/ but when I copy it back over no passwords come with it ...

OK, I did find the section for ALPS touchpad in xorg.conf, and added Option "TouchpadOff" "2" to it, which works to turn off tapping. Apparently this is how to handle these touchpads.
