gray, First congrats for your excellent NOP 4.1 My only annoyance is the fact that terminal starts whenever I boot. I know that was probably caused by me when I tried to make NOP bulletproof (it's for a school) but I don't know how to stop it from happening. X starts and immediately terminal opens i...

I have installed this pupplet on an old iPAQ desktop 733 with 128Mb. My main problem is that I can't get the mini PC interface. It's there, the system says it's loaded (when I try to change it asks if I want to go to PC Mode) but the thing that happens is that loads briefly and then reverts to the d...

Hope that helps.
The explanation was very clear. Sorry I was naive in asking the question, I should have thought about trademarks. The idea is the same as ecomoney's, to use in a kind of cybercafe envoirement but using "familiar" desktops and applications

2.15CE: how to automount USB drives, boot with numlock on?

Hi, I already saw in this great forum that many people is against the automount feature. But in my view it's a feature that helps the IT morons. I want to setup puppy in a school and many students use pendrives. They don't understand why or how to mount they're drives. So, is there any way of gettin...

I would like to install the LXP to Puppy 2.15CE but I don't know how. I'm a newbie in linux and I'm trying to use 4 128mb machines to run simple applications for some students but they're reluctant to change to linux. So as a mind trick I want to make their desktops like Win XP. But everytime I try ...
