I runned it , at two pc's : one with a nvidia 7200 , and one with a nvidia 6200 and at both , the borders disappeared . Problem with the Quit button of Xfce on Puppy 3.01
I did a full installation of Puppy 3.01 with Xfce and when I pick the quit button , it throws me out to the commandline and I have to write poweroff. And others had the same problem. And something else: the time is always 4 hours ahead of any time zone I pick.

A new puplet from a greek team , in English and soon in greek too . It has Xfce with a new theme, Firefox , Puppy Software Installer , Abiword , Gnumeric , pburn.
