thanks for the reply rjb got it working in the end, it connected even though i got the error. After i put dhcpcd -d wlan0 it started working :) i tried for ages with the network manager gui, but thanks to the command line instructions i got it working great now :) only prob was i had to make a scrip...

hi again, well i have had another go today and i managed to get wireless working with wpa! :) i had to choose network wizard (old version) from the menu, but after i load the enter/load profile,etc it works great. but i get a second blinky appear at the bottom, this one says ath0 if i hover the mous...

just tried this on my aone, but i can not get wpa to work :( it scans and finds the AP, but when I enter the key and try to connect i get a wpa-supplicant - wpa_ctrl_open no file error? i am very new to puppy so dont have a clue really :) any help would be great, as apart from the wireless it's grea...

Hi, just installed puppy 2.17.1 and all went well until i tried to get my wireless pcmcia card to work, when i use the internet connection wizard it only finds the builtin wired Ethernet port :( and the lights on the wireless card do not turn on. dmesg shows... pcmcia: Detected deprecated PCMCIA ioc...
