Have updated Firefox to Firefox 43, but the Fox News videos still don't run......
I would like to thank several of the members for their "smart-assed" comments. They really know how to help someone with a problem.
Why do they bother?

Partition Won't Mount
I have recently had puppy528_7 and puppy528_6 each crash. I need to get backup save-files for these pups.
The backup save-files are in sda2. For some reason sda2 won't mount.
Is there a fix for this? Help!

Crashed, lost Nvidia driver -- how to replace it?
I setup and was running puppy528.7 without difficulty. However, I lost my save-file and its backup. I don't remember what Nvidia driver I was using, how I got it, and where it came from. As usual my notes aren't any help! I am running with a Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 graphics card. How do I ...

The problem seems to be the Firefox installation
I have firefox installed with firefox-portable-0.8.2. This is what is causing the problem. I installed the same version of firefox in puppy528.6 and didn't have the problem. I like firefox-portable but I don't like the small cursor problem. Doubting I'll get a response(?), does the issue persist in ...

In the console I used Pcur to select the "whitelarge" cursor according to your instructions. I restarted the program and started firefox. The whitelarge ...

Panels in Openbox are over sized
I am using Puppy 528.7 3HD and I am trying to use the Openbox window manager. I am familiar with JWM but I am lost in Openbox. I have messed something up causing various panels, for example, the initial panel of the PPM to extend well beyond the bottom of the screen. I cannot even select the PPM ...

Re: Quick test
The question is: How do you really know you are in safe mode? To me, Firefox looks the same as normal, when it first starts.
