I prepared a Puppy 2.17 USB stick. I can boot from the USB stick using my PowerSpec brand computer so Puppy 2.17 appears installed OK on the USB stick. Here is the result when I try to boot the eBox-2300 with the same Puppy 2.17 USB stick. (The eBox-2300 boots fine with Puppy 2.16.)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I tried using the 216 initrd.gz with the 217 vmlinuz, zdrv_217.sfs, and pup_217.sys but got the same message.

Even if this had worked reverting back to old files does not solve the problem that I can not get a clean upgrade or install of Puppy 217 on the eBox hardware.
