1. We making pet-packages of many programs for russian users. All this is here

2. But some programs do not have russian locales and we made only english versions of this. And this discussed here:

3. Note that PuppyRus based on Puppy 3.01. And our pets tested only on PuppyRus, but it must work on another 3.01 based Puppyis...
