Incredible!
Puppy makes it to number 5 on DistroWatch!
It seems to be in the #7 spot now (if I am correct) but that's pretty amazing!!!
It's very popular for sure,.....since "Frozentech" just offered the Puppy 4.1 on it's new listings:
http://www.frozentech.com
That's extremely convienient for folks like me with slow cheapy dialup,...(and no way to burn an ISO anyhow).
Yeah,..Puppy is up there on DistroWatch,...(look out, Ubuntu!!!!)

It is also available on osdisc.com.
But wait.. there's more... (sorry, no steak knives)
http://www.linuxcd.org/ has every Puppy version, including Grafpup and NOP.
How about that?
And good prices.

It's Been Climbing Steadily for Years Now
In the 2 or 3 years I've been using Puppy, it's continued its slow steadily climb up the Distrowatch ratings. If I recall correctly, it was typically in the high 20s when I started using it... now it's in the top 10. What a tribute to the value of this incredibly useful system.
And now with Mr. Kauler's role transitioning, the Puppy community faces a new challenge in continuing Puppy's evolution. My hopes and wishes for continued success!
