Heres my puppy, I'm still quite new with Linux but I'm learning and loving it :D
I really can't remember what all of the different stuff on it is but heres the basics:
It has Icewm, pwidgets, and wbar and the background I found on google.
Just a quick question about the wbar (its probably not the right place to ask but hopefully you won't be too harsh on me as this is my first post), I have all the icons but i can't get the background to show on it. Could someone please tell me how i can solve this problem (if it can be solved at all)
Thank you and enjoy. 8)

These are the lines from the begining of my wbar config file (open /root/.wbar in geany):

Code: Select all

# The Bar && Font
i: /usr/share/wbar/wbar.icons/osxbarback.png
t: /usr/share/wbar/wbar.icons/VeraBd/9
c:
As you see, paths to the background file and font are specified, replace with your paths, save than restart wbar. By the way, here's my new screenie. I really have to stop changing desktops, but there was a reason for this change. :)

Where from did you digg that iconset? I already imagine them fitted with some bubble whirl wallpaper. :) Anyway where all of you find iconsets, I can't find those interesting bits, and browsing kde-look takes time, still I don't find any I like...

So I have watched my husband for months while he has posted his "gorgeous" desk top screen shots. I am proud to say I have been a full time puppy linux user for 6 months now ,, here is my latest..the pic is of our son who is 2 playing daddy's guitar.
I know it is bright but this always brightens my day up when I turn on my computer. Hope you enjoy.

@ oktinkerbell.

Nice! We got a nice 'rouge' theme for pwidgets too, that's if you ever feel like changing your current desktop, dunno why you would!

Code: Select all

#COLORS --- 0:headings 1:base-info 2:extra-info 3:markers 5:green 6:red
color0 CC0033
color1 FF6699
color2 7B68EE
color3 FF99FF
color5 FF0099
color6 red

#CLOCK HANDS COLORS
color-hour=255/0/102/255
color-minute=255/0/102/255
Create a directory in /root/.pwidgets/themes called 'Rouge'. Just copy and paste this code to a blank file in your favorite text editor, save it as 'main' in the new 'Rouge' dir. Open a terminal in the Rouge dir and type "chmod 755 main". You are done. In PWidgets 1.9 and above you can easily set your new theme and new colored clockhands to match. The theme is thanks to 'tasmod'.

Enjoy.
