Puppy as a wikka server?

I would like to see my PuppyPc running as a webserver with wikka as I want to employ that technology to my website and hence need a really big sandbox to play in. Can this be done with monkey? I saw in the documentation that it is possible to include PHP, but this requires compilation...
Has anyone done it?

I am not a webwiz, but shouldn't Xampp 1.5.0 by GuestToo cover your needs?
