How to convert ogg to wav ? (Solved)

In Puppy 4.2.1, I'm trying to convert some ogg files to wav files through pawdioconverter, and I get an error: "sox: command not found". When I go into the console and type "sox", i get the same error.

Is this a feature or a bug? Is sox supposed to be built into puppy? If not, how to I get it? Or is there a better way to convert ogg to wav?
