Just found a VERY old screenshot from January 2007. :D
It was the time when I decided to build my own little puplet, and this was a first step towards it. ^^

A short explanation:
That's Puppy Linux 2.13 featuring fluxbox as the window manager, tablaunch as a primitive dock, and a tcl program I wrote (the black fireball on the bottom left of the screen) to start apps as well.

i think that blinky modified for icewm will work

and a little suggestion :
there's a small app - nall
http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic. ... 20&t=38849
, wich can put any info in the tray.
may be someone can show how to create scripts for it to have network status or battery or cpu temperature ( although newest tint2 can show battery too)

Puppy 3.01

1.File name: linux_izged-10082009.jpg
2.Background: Windows 95 Logo wallpaper (http://www.m3rlin.org/wordpress/wp-cont ... 9MS_95.jpg)
3.FluxBox theme: Nyz
4.Running applications: gkrellm2 (theme: Acqua), pwidgets (theme: Aurora), xmms (skin: winamp5_classic)

Btw Win95 is the first OS on the first computer I had and it is kinda precious for me :) I like more "classic" and "retro" things :)

Nothing original here. But I like it :)

Wallpaper called "Silence" from here

Icewm theme, Quanx Who, from here

Iconset "Legadesk-Bluenight" from Dejan's site

Pwidget theme is "Greyscale" and the sidebar is BlueGlow.

Thanks to all the talent folks who made these stuffs :)

Nice, but 1440x900 is a bit big, can you edit to 50%, please, as it messes up the page

The forum used to autoresize to 640x480, apparently no longer working

thanks

Aitch :)

This link is worth keeping. It links to the web site for the Boston Globe, and on this link they show constantly updated lists of their most fantastic photos. They sometimes make incredible desktops.

The forum can only do stuff about images that are attached. It can't do anything about images linked from elsewhere.

Not to say that it isn't possible to give the forum the ability to do that. But as of the last time I checked, it didn't have that feature.
