i dont really think you want to disable one of these commands :) they are needed from the system (in most cases)

if you mean disable it for a user in front of puppy, this would only be possible if you have a multiuser system witch is not supported from puppy by default....
then you could work with access rights and with groups


if you want to disable the commands for everyone (also root) you need to delete them...
