I've compiled it in quirky and tested also in 4.31 but it should work with every puppy version as long as you have installed
libevent. For the locales in most cases you also need
intltool, but you could first check whether you need it.

(Peer-to-peer clients have been infamous due to the nature of passing large and often complex (video, audio, etc) files among "strangers".
No vulnerabilities in the program according to what I know and moreover it's code is open, so anyone can check it. Of course the files that you are sharing
you choose them and transmission can't tell you whether there is any virus, trojan or other malware (for windows) into them. But even if you download one it won't hurt you up till the time you will try to use it in windows, and even then if your antivirus program works well (updated) it will block it.

Barry has a Firewall for Wary 030. Concerns?
Nope as long as you have the port that is using (static or upnp) opened.

There is no problem with OpenDNS, not even with DynDns if you want to use your pc as small server or for remote control.
