I have a local office network, part of the company's greater WAN, that needs a print server and a file server to allow backup of users files. Thoughts on best / easiest Puppy solution?
thanks,

Which is best or easiest? You decide. All were created at about the same time, all with different configurations. I created mine for use in my office LAN as a file and print server and it is very easy to install and setup, and so far has worked perfectly. Is it the best of the 3? Dunno.

/root for the home team
A system that you would run as a frugal or full install, use the SFS from either of Mobeus's offering in his post to you.
But, if you're running a system that does NOT need installing to a drive, use the Puppy LiveCD for Puppy 5.1.1 or 5.2 and download and run thePET from here
You do NOT need to reboot. Just allow the PET to install: Then, use these directions to get started.
Hope this helps
