USB install won't boot after hard shutdown

Hello all guys had a big problem i think..
Was using puppy when i saved the session and clicked Reboot pc..but for like 2 hours the pc remained in standby on my desktop and i wasn't able to do nothing (just watching my desktop) so i decided to (brute) switch off my laptop. Then when i restart the pc my bios won't start the Selecting device to boot with my USB with puppy 511
I now have in my USB stick (4Gb) this error file:

fsckme.err

with this content:

sdb1,vfat,/lupusave_cryptx.2fs

(i've a 2fs file light encrypted)

Thanks in advance to who can help me solving this..i'm desperate..
At least i would to save my configuration then re install puppy and be able to load my previous settings..

Solved.. just removed fsckme.err from my USB stick and all went smooth.. exept last session that wasn't saved of course
