Is this an old computer? Maybe the battery on the motherboard is dead.

Try Snow Puppy that one show right time for me while many of the others show wrong time.
I use Google Search on Puppy Forum
not an ideal solution though

Hi,

If you have Psync you might try that. It may be at Menu > Desktop.

If you don't have it I think there is a pet so you might do a forum search or a google search. I think it was written by Tasmod.

I use it in Lupu to auto correct the time to the second on booting, but I don't know if it works with all Puppies.

My regards

How much is your time off?
What is your timezone?
Did you configure it correctly?
Time savers:
Find packages in a snap and install using Puppy Package Manager (Menu).
Consult Wikka
Use peppyy's puppysearch

Agreed... You must check the TimeZone.

Funny, I don't see Europe/Spain in the list, but Europe/Madrid is there.
Try that one.

I haven't UTC checked, but you could try.

Also it could be that, as mentioned already, you have to replace a battery.

Unless you are doing something we don't know about, I'd like to weigh in
with rcrsn51.

Puppy doesn't mess with the Real Time Clock.

Windows might very well sync the clock with a server.

An *buntu is capable of doing anything as far as setting the clock to UTC,
syncing, setting it to system time on shutdown. Meaning to say *buntus
vary.

If true that Puppy doesn't mess with the onboard clock and others do or
might, then the battery seems most suspect to me, also.
