My thin client works wall is a pic I found; it's the Channelwood Age in RealMyst. Pretty, no?
wow that brings back memories... I love the Myst series!
You're not the only one
My favorite is Myst 3 Exile (for the gameplay, not the plot), although I've also played Riven and (of course) the original Myst. I started Myst 4 Revelations and got lost in a part of the game, and I found a bug in my copy of Uru that I've never gone back to see if there's a patch for. I don't have Myst 5 End of Ages, but I sure wish I did.
BTW, there's a really cool series in the same genre; it's called "RHEM". The multimedia isn't the same quality, but then it's all done by one man in IIRC Sweden. (His life's dream was to make a *popular* Myst clone and he must be very happy right now b/c he got it to happen.) Check it out -- it's awesome, if more than a little difficult.
My current WIP: a desktop environment based on my Navig8or application.
Openbox, wbar, tint2 and Navig8or dor displaying the main menu, widgets, and later on icons.
Hello Everyone,
I don't think I've ever posted a screen shot in this posting. Here's basically the finished default desktop for the upcoming release of Legacy OS 2
Don't know if anybody posted mywolfe with xfce 4.8 yet. So far running xfce terminal and Opera 11.1 as only improvements on persistent pen drive (fat32) install using grub4dos to boot.
