Hello,
I'm interesting in french translations...but I'm not a programmer and not very clear with the wiki functions. I've already done such a job for another project (localization of the Treepad software). If it consist of translating a file, or a user manuel, ok.

Lobster, the forum software only permits me to directly move posts and threads about in the forum. I suppose that moving a post from the forum to the Wiki is basically a copy-and-paste operation which could be done by anyone, but is probably best done by someone who is familiar with the layout of the Wiki.

Yep anyone.

The forum is full time mainenance. The wiki can always do with work. I became familiar with Puppy through moving material. Most of the pages I created have been moved to new 'caretakers'. Page owners on the wiki are just that . . .
Getting involved with Puppy? The wiki is a good way to learn how to begin . . .
