Lucid Puppy 5.2 uses Openbox as the default window manager.
Are you sure you are using JWM?
Have you switched to it with the window manager switching program?

I have a (bad?) habit of not using Puppy's configuration utilities. I wanted to
use JWM so I edited /root/.xinitrc as shown below
#exec $CURRENTWM
#v2.11 GuestToo suggested this improvement...
# bruce which $CURRENTWM && exec $CURRENTWM
# bruce [ -x $CURRENTWM ] && exec $CURRENTWM
exec jwm
When I add comments to remove instructions, I put my name on it, so if I
review the instructions, I know if I did the comment (removal of command).

It was JWM probably because i changed JWM theme first time.Openbox I did not notice until now.Now,i have switched window menagers,because samohow Openbox was default...and it' ok now,i have a control! :)

But,how to change taskbar on Openbox? When i choose some other theme with Openbox,taskbar doesn't change...

OpenBox doesn't manage the task-bar: its a separate app, called FBpanel (see MENU > Desktop > Desktop Settings > Fbpanel configuration).
To change the color of the elements in the task-bar itself, you have to change the GTK theme (i'm talking of the windows listed there).
