hello, I finally figured out how to install chkrootkit for puppy....found a few problems, not sure what to do ...
problems found when i ran chkrootkit:
-checking `basename" ... INFECTED
-checking `cron" ... INFECTED
-checking `dirname" ... INFECTED
-checking `echo" ... INFECTED
-checking `env" ... INFECTED
-checking `login" ... INFECTED
-checking `passwd" ... INFECTED
-checking `traceroute" ...INFECTED
-searching for Suckit rootkit ... warning: /sbin/init INFECTED
-chkproc: warning: possible LKM Trojan installed
Im kind of concerned, can some one try to install chkrootkit to se if these are false warnings, perhaps something to do with how puppy works?
I have puppy 1.09 CE installed and have just the regular dotpups installed.
chkrootkit found some problems?
Those comands are symlinks to busybox.
So what does Mr. Google tell me about "chrootkit busybox"?
