A Zyxel "Zyair G-200 v2 wireless USB 2.0 adapter" works in Puppy 2.02 via ndiswrapper (version 1.15) with the ZD1211U.inf and ZD11UXP.sys files extracted from the drivers' CD that is packaged with the device.
The ndiswrapper version was obtained from:
ftp://ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributio ... .15.tar.gz
The FCC ID of the device is SI5WUB200Z.
USBview shows:

Product Id: 3407
Revision Number: 47.21
....
I've only used WEP; WPA and "software access point" modes have not been tried.
