I have an old Dell Inspiron 2650 laptop with a half gig of memory. It runs Puppy 4.31 just fine, including connecting to the internet with the NDIS wrapper and my Netgear WG511v2 PCMCIA card. However, the version of Seamonkey is dated and doesn't want to run some modern scripts. So I tried installing both Slacko53 and Wary53. Both install fine and appear to run OK. I can connect to the internet and run the scripts that were causing problems in the past.
However, the network configuration information is totally lost between boots, and I have to reconfigure every time I want to go on line.
Suggestions?

Which network tool are you using? I recommend Frisbee for wireless.
