I tried a complete new save file to test kvirc. Loaded the SFS and got the same error as before. So there must be a conflict with some other SFS I have.
I got a seg fault, but when trying to report it I got a QT error, which makes no sense since the file that isnt found... is exactly where it is.

Since the other error was possibly QT related... maybe something is wonky with QT?
