#1 Post by evan_danner »

hay..sorry if i make this "double facepalm" topic cause i really new in linux.. as a topic i post in here http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?t=86650.. i really curious with this issue.. the question i want to ask are

1.is this issue related with my video card driver?
2.is my video card driver installed properly?

for info..i got my video card driver from quickpet in driver section (xorg high).. here's the info of my graphic card in hardinfo

-OpenGL-

Version : 1.5 Mesa 7.7.1
Direct Rendering : Yes

my hardware info: AMD athlon xp 2400+, 512ram, ATI Radeon 9600..
puppy studio 3.1(lucid puppy 5.11)
Kernel Linux 2.6.33.5-rt25 (i686)

and the last..
thanks for your help and sorry for my english

Have you tried any other versions of Puppy to see if one works for you?
