Disabling Window Managers

I have enabled JWM on my puppy. Now, since I have two panels (the fbpanel and a new one), I need to disable one of them.

Please tell me:
1. How to disable this Window Manager and get back to the default thing?
2. How to disable the fbpanel?

Try 'Exit to Prompt' from the shutdown menu, or press Ctrl+Alt+Backspace.
Then type xwin followed by the name of whatever the original window manager was.
eg:

Puppy normally keeps the last WM used, so you should be ok after that.
