Code: Select all

You better beware and you better take care
When we hit the town tonight -
Kick away the blues
no time to lose honey
We can make it right
Pretty little thing
how your heart will sing
Fill it up with pure delight
In a supercharge from the gas garage
Explode like dynamite

I have seen two feet of snow in Boulder, Colorado in July. Boulder is on the edge of the mountains at less than 6000 feet in altitude

Texas be huge and I can only answer for where I live. It snows a few times a year out here and then burns off quite quickly.

We have a 60F temp change between night and
day here in the Winter. Below freezing at night in the desert. Then sunburn during the day.

I like it.

Blizzard of San Antonio 1985 it was epic and the only time ever that snow lasted a day or more without melting

Snowed at my Ranch on Christmas Day but missed it at a families members house 40 miles away.

Never seen that type of boat or people needing those thick coats to fish in Texas, speaking of fishing did you see the TX state raffle, for 5 bucks you can have a chance to win free lifetime hunting and fishing pass, I hope its per licensing location not state wide. BTW If I recall now is the start of the new fishing and hunting year, if you got a license first of the summer its no longer valid!
Now is the time to buy!!!! ON a related note looks like a great year for wild turkeys, had to stop for a flock of 12-15 hens and chicks following a massive tom on the road into town.

I did not want to leave my truck after this happen in NJ

Rednecks live all over the USA. We don't have the cream of the crop in Texas as far as I can Tell. I have in-laws in Alabama and Mississippi that make me look civilized.
.
Just playing.

I don't mule deer hunt or antelope hunt any more or hunt in general after my boys grew up and I gave them the guns to take with them.

I find it cheaper to go down to hill country and just buy the wild game/ham pre-smoked.
Smoked Deer sausage is one of my favorites as well as bacon wrapped jalapeno cheese stuffed dove breasts or dove breast dumpling soup with home made bread.

Idiots.... I grew up in Dixie. Mostly in Florida. The way to red-neck fish in the Everglades is to go out at night. Anchor the boat in some nice cove and shine a spotlight on the water. Cover your body with sheets so the mosquitoes don't get to you. This attire is interesting because it makes crackers look like desert tribesmen. Get a net and wait. The fish will be attracted to the light and come to the surface if your friend is not throwing beer bottles in the water. Drop a cherry-bomb or any other tiny explosive in the water. Fishies will go to sleep, your boat does not blow up and you can scoop them up without waking them........

Also, do not get caught. This type of "fishing" is not legal in Everglades National Park.
